FREEDOM- Hands off approach - we will manage your property on your behalf and guarantee you a rental income of up to 3 years. We will pay you rent each month even if the property is in a low occupancy period. We generally assure landlords monthly rent to landlords between 2-3 years.

ADDED VALUE TO YOUR PROPERTY- If needed Your property will be designed and styled by our interior team. This may include minor cosmetic refurbishments. Professional cleaning will be on a weekly hoc basis, our upmost priority is keeping the property to a certain professional standard as well as free from any damage.

            HOW IT WORKS 

         Step 1

       First we will view your property, run you through the contract specifics, and together agree upon a monthly rent agreement.

         Step 2

Sign a Lease agreement professionally drawn up by a solicitor

         Step 3

If needed we will do a light refurbishment on the property, we aim to bring the property to a high standard as well as adding good quality furniture, being presentable and immaculate for our professional tenants.

          Step 4

You receive your monthly rental income (giving you a hands off approach!)

           Step 5

At the end of the contract term, you can decide to continue the agreement or have your property returned back to you.
